You can reach the FTP server but are denied access because of an “access rule”. (“denied by access rules”).

Your source IP is likely not on the allowed list. Contact CPR support. Let them know your source IP.

Passive FTP is always used and the FTP servers are set to use a fixed interval of ports (50000-52000).
