If you do not know your outgoing IP-address, you can identify it using a service like whatismyipaddress.com.
Some IT-environments use seperate IP-addresses for different protocols (FTP, SSH, HTTPS).
If you are using a proxy, it is the proxy’s outgoing IP-address you need to identify.
